RCU Credit Union will never send you an unsolicited email or message asking for any confidential information – this includes information such as PIN, passwords, or card numbers. If you do receive an email of this nature, please contact us. If you think you have been a victim of fraud or have any unknown transactions on your account, please let us know.

​Download our Direct Deposit form. Next, complete the form (digitally – save as a PDF and print) and attach a void cheque. If you do not have a void cheque, please include your account number, financial institution number and branch transit number. Lastly, send the completed form to the payor.

​You can now order cheques within Online Banking through Account Services or contact the Main Branch.
